copiascopiascopias ("we," "us"), a copy, printing, and door-to-door delivery service operating in Mexico City, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). To process and deliver your order, we may collect:

• Name and contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email).
• Delivery address within Mexico City.
• The files you send us to print or copy (these may contain personal data, depending on the document).
• Billing details (tax ID, business name, fiscal address), only if you request an invoice (CFDI).

We do not request or store payment card data. Payments are made in cash at the time of delivery or by direct bank transfer.

• To process, print, and deliver your order.
• To communicate with you about your order: confirmations, quotes, and delivery times.
• To issue an electronic invoice (CFDI) when you request one.
• To follow up on questions, clarifications, or service requests.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes, nor do we share it with third parties for advertising.

The files you send us are treated confidentially and used solely to prepare your order. Once your copy or print job is delivered, we delete the files from our devices and systems. We do not share, publish, or review the content of your documents beyond what's necessary to print them.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it when strictly necessary to complete delivery (for example, with the courier assigned to your order) or when required by a competent authority under the law.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, and Cancel your personal data, as well as to Oppose its processing. To exercise these rights, email us at hola@copiascopiascopias.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise, and a description of your request. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
